Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt."

"Old building but well upkept, clean and beautiful decor. You can feel the grandeur of the past. Staff were attentive and addressed any issues immediately. Breakfast is included but simple choices and the coffee was quite good. Parking included but very small garage so ask for a spot when booking."

"Beim Checkin wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden, hat erstmal einige Minuten gebraucht bevor der Checkin funktionierte. Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte. Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die Tür nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein großer Spalt offen. Wenn man versucht die Tür zuzuziehen von innen, dann kommt einem der Türgriff entgegen. Zimmer stinkt und war dreckig, waren fremde Haare im Zimmer, z.B. an den Halterungen im Bad. "I was unsure upon arrival due to the unassuming entrance and was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked my stay there. Very professional and friendly staff. It also has a classy pool which I had to myself one late afternoon. The location is easily accessible to the Old Town area and walks along the Danube. The bus stop and tram are also nearby. "
